You may have had your cartridge refilled by us at a retailer and notice that it looks different. This does not mean that you have been given a different cartridge. Let's start with how we receive your cartridge.

The first thing that happens to your cartridge is called pairing. A pair of numbered stickers are applied to both the cartridge and the envelope we received it in. This assures that your cartridge is the one that goes back to you after it is processed.
