Click on the lock Icon to download the install package from your product. The software systems are compressed in a Zip format, be sure to download them to your desktop or a location you can easily find on your computer. After downloading the zip file, run the Setup program and tthe software will install itself.

Some packages require certain Microsoft software libraries, if you computer does not have them the programs will attempt to download them from Microsoft. They are no cost Windows libraries, if your computer asks if it is OK, allow this operation. Time to download various libraries is dependant on your internet connection bandwidth and may take up to 30 minutes with slow connections.

Download and install all file sets associated with your purchase. IQPro User Guides found here for the various systems are the most up to date versions in PDF format. Be sure to save PDF files once open to your desktop or other location easily accessed before your download access expires.

You will need your User Name and Password for each download.
