IQPro Process Overview

IQPro POS Point of Sale computer receives incoming cartridges building your customer database then prints work tickets. It's faster than writing down the information. And, recurring customer's info autoloads with a click of the mouse.

Once the cartridges are complete, the system will text or email your customer notifying them. There is no need to re-enter the info for checkout. Simply click on the customer record from a list and IQPro POS will load everything into the Cash Out screen. Because the database has been updated by the Tech station, Failed or Replaced cartridges can have updated pricing for these changes.

The IQPro database is updated by the Tech Station as it weighs and labels cartridges. The label, which is applied to the cartridge, includes warranty date, weight, your phone number and more. The system’s cartridge database knows how much each cartridge should weigh for quality control and warranty information. No input is required, IQPro reads the weights directly from a digital scale, just point and click.

Each cartridge’s unique record includes weight, warranty date, technician ID and cartridge/record status and more. The status may include: Completed, Failed, Completed; Customer Text’d/Emailed, Failed; Customer Text’d/Emailed, Customer Called, Replaced, Cmplmntry, Repair and No Charge. In stand-alone configurations where there is no POS, IQPro Tech can also send texts and emails to customers alerting them that their cartridges are ready for pick-up.
