Your customer shows up to pay for their cartridges. You click that "Search" button and IQPro gives you a list of customers highlighting the most recent one. You could also enter a name or phone number for a search parameter. But, once you click on your customer's record, IQPro will fill in the work ticket with the customer info and cartridges. Click on the green Cash Out Customer button.
