The system shows the HP cartridge models with pricing.

Find your customer's cartridge and click on it. This adds the cartridge to the work ticket and builds the customer record.

Notice next to the HP selection window is the Service Type list. The system defaults to "Refill" but any service can be selected which may also change the price (service settings).

Now click the DONE PRINT button
