We remanfacture your cartridge and ship it out the same business day. Your cartridge is filled to IQcartridge specifications which contains more ink than most new OEM cartridges. The cartridges are remanufactured, tested for 100% print quality and shipped from one of our facilities in the United States by US citizens. Ink quality is on par with OEM inks. We also remanufacture postage meters cartridges, large format plotter cartridges or commercial print systems, please contact us with your model for specifics. Your cartridge(s) are not replaced with different cartridge indiscriminantly. If replacement is required for some reason you will contacted. All cartridges are guaranteed to work as new and the cartridges will deliver print quality and quantity of a new cartriddge.

Be sure to wrap the cartridges protectively. If cartridges bounce around inside of a container, they can easily be damaged and unreparable. Do not send payment or payment information. We will contact you for payment info.

We receive your cartridges, check them in and test the electronics. If they pass elctronics testing they are processed, remanufactured and perform multiple print tests to assure full functionality. Upon completion your cartridges are package and you are contacted for payment.

Terms and conditions include that you send us viable cartridges for remanufacture. You may not send us damaged cartridges, cartridges that have been abused or have mortal defects. A cartridge that has impact damage is an example. Normal wear and tear on cartridges include occluded (plugged) nozzles, ink, ink chamber and ink sponge contamination and ink exhaution. IQcartridge remaufacturing processes correct these problems. Cartridges are fragile devices and must be handled with care. Cartridges are inspected and tested upon receipt at IQ. Those found in condition which is not viable for remanufacture may be replaced with IQcartridge cores at an additional $5 per unit at the customer's request.
